Personal and Professional Leadership Coach
Raised in Central California, at 18 I moved to Los Angeles to attend Loyola Marymount University. I earned a BA in Humanities and Archaeology and then, through the advice of a career counselor at LMU, I pursued a career in academic administration where I could fulfill a passion for impacting the lives of students, while honing my superpower of interpersonal communication and persuasion through fundraising.
As a fundraiser and school leader, I spent most of my days bringing people together to unite around a simple idea: How can we improve the lives of our students and teachers? It was such fulfilling and impactful work, but the impact was limited to the school community where I worked at the time. I often asked myself: How can I serve more people?
This led me to the Co-Active Coaching Model as a way to connect deeper with a wider range of institutions, as well as individuals who are weathering some of life's major transitions: navigating stages of parenthood, launching children into independence, changing careers, planning retirement, family and romantic relationships evolution, and endeavoring to become healthier through lifestyle changes. I am especially interested in helping mission-driven managers and CEOs to develop leadership skills and strategize their company’s growth without abandoning themselves in the process.
I look forward to helping you on your journey.
